BAD HABITS!

Bad habits.  We all have them - some mostly harmless, some not so much.  The hardest thing about kicking a bad habit is finding something positive to replace it with, and we can always think of something, and YES, we can embrace those ideas, sometimes with a little help from my friends.

AFFIRMATION: I drop bad habits and break free to be the best me!!!
