How do you react to change? I heard it once said that the only person who likes change is a baby with a wet diaper. Amazing things start to happen when we begin to embrace change. We have to let go of the past and what we know in order to create a different aliveness than we had before. Imagine what would happen to the caterpillar if it didn't want to change. Are there any patterns that you want to change? Are there any patterns that you have found yourself in for no real reason, and what would happen if you were to implement some small changes into your daily routine? Maybe you could begin with taking out just 10 minutes quiet time for yourself...I wonder how good it would feel? Make it a "worry-free" time and zone.
Change = growth! Flow with the river instead of resisting the current. The ride is much easier and more pleasant. Sometimes we can just watch the scenery and sometimes we create the scenery. Both are equally important!
